Relais Chiaramonte Hotel - Ragusa

I had such high hopes for this hotel, but was sadly disapointed. My room faced a noisy road instead of the lovely pool view i imagined. Breakfast was practically empty at 9AM, and the so-called wellness area was overpriced. I expected an upgrade due to these inconveniences but was met with indifference. I just couldn't give a better review.

Spacious suites, with decent amenities. The photos of the hotel match what's on their website, so the visuals align with the expectations.

I booked a suite with a terrace for a pool view but got stuck with a room facing the road instead. The tiny bathroom had no air conditioning, a small window with some mould buildup, and the parasols around the pool felt unsafe during wind gusts. The wine served during lunch was in a plastic glass and looked more like a kiddie portion than a proper serving.

The spa was pricey, but the mountain view was fine.

we had a little issue with noise from parties at night. but the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. breakfast offered a wonderful selection of traditional sicilian food. the views from our room were just stunning.

I enjoyed the tranquility and views from my balcony with a great spot for morning coffee. The breakfast spread included local specialties that really made my mornings enjoyable. I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay as it complemented my need for a peaceful getaway.

I found some amenities lacking, like the gym with limited equipment that did not meet my expectations.

The secluded space is matched by fine views, with a fab pool for relaxation. The kitchen in our room was a bonus for late-night snacks! Plus, the Michelin-caliber dining wowed us, especially with the good dish tailored for my partner's dietary needs.

great location, amazing view, friendly staff, and a nice room with a balcony and kitchenette. The swimming pool was a nice addition, and we enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant. It was a perfect place to relax and explore the nearby places.

relais chiaramonte in ragusa exceeded my expectations. the stunning setting, abundance of lizards and butterflies, comfortable rooms, and delicious gourmet dishes made our stay unforgettable. the friendly staff and interesting tour of the oil press added to the overall experience.
